Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Electronic Form:

This request, if approved, must be completed as submitted and comply with all recorded Covenants and Bylaws of our community. Please refer to the Union Station Homeowners Association covenants and bylaws when submitting this request.

Please submit this completed form, images, or a simple drawing of where the work will be located on your lot in relation to your lot line and home. Please be sure to include measurements, materials used and specific descriptions of the work to be completed. If painting, include a color sample/ swatch of main body color and trim color.

All materials should be stored out of sight when possible. Please ask your contractor to be respectful of your neighbors, and do not block any driveways or mailboxes with trucks or supplies.

The scope of review by the ARC is limited to appearance only. It does not include any responsibility to review for structural soundness, compliance with building codes/standards, or other similar or dissimilar factors.

Approval from the ARC does not exempt you from any permits or requirements the City of Calera may impose.

Any/all approval of the referenced plans , which have been approved by the ARC, shall terminate and be rendered void if construction is not begun within twelve (12) months after the date of such approval by the ARC.

The owner will be responsible for correction in drainage due to changes in topography or structural changes that affect drainage.
