Union Station is located in Calera, Alabama. We are a friendly, covenant-controlled community and are glad you stopped by. Our community is a self-managed HOA with a volunteer Board of Directors. We, as an HOA, strive to bring the neighborhood together.

If you are a homeowner in our community. Please register on this website to ensure timely communications.

Annual HOA dues are billed in December and are due on January 1 of each year. Currently, the dues are $200.00 annually.

If you require closing documents, please submit your request via email and provide at least one week's notice to allow sufficient time for processing.

Please kindly remember that the Union Station HOA Board consists of volunteer members committed to serving our community. Emails are reviewed and responded to as time permits. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to address all inquiries.
